Payments

The payment method for orders can be selected during the purchase process. The following options are available in our shopping cart:

PayPal

PayPal allows anyone with an email address to send and receive online payments easily, quickly, and securely. By creating a PayPal account, you enter your credit or prepaid card details just once, enabling secure online purchases without re-entering them for every transaction.

All credit and prepaid card data is managed exclusively by PayPal to authorize online payments. Our company, Positive Studio, does not have access to card details, handling only the buyer's data necessary for order delivery (name, surname, phone, and address).

PayPal secures your information using VeriSign Identity Protection technology with SSL3 128-bit encryption. Transactions are monitored 24/7, and PayPal notifies you of any account activity via email. Orders placed using PayPal are processed within 24–48 hours.

Credit Cards

Payments can also be made via credit card using PayPal’s secure system, even without a PayPal account. Your card details are used temporarily for the transaction and are not stored.

Bank Transfer

A classic payment method, now convenient for those managing their bank accounts online. Bank details for the transfer are provided at the end of the purchase process in the order summary email.

Orders paid via bank transfer are processed upon payment receipt, which can take 3–8 working days from the transfer date.

Cash on Delivery (Contrassegno)

This method allows you to pay directly upon delivery, ensuring maximum security as the amount is paid only when you receive your order.

  • Available only for domestic shipments.
  • Payment is made in cash to the courier (checks are not accepted).
  • Limited to orders under €2,000.
  • Service fee: €5.90.

Klarna

Klarna offers flexible payment options:

  1. Pay immediately.
  2. Pay in 3 interest-free monthly installments.
  3. Postpone payment for up to 30 days.

Klarna’s reliable and intuitive system is perfect for those seeking flexibility in their purchases.

Scalapay

Scalapay enables you to split your order payment into 3 interest-free monthly installments. The first payment is made when the order is placed, and the next two are automatically charged monthly.

Payment Deadlines and Conditions

  • Customers have a maximum of seven days to complete payment after placing an order. Failure to meet this deadline will result in order cancellation.
  • A copy of the payment receipt must be sent to info@buranalab.com.

Shipments will be processed within a maximum of five days from payment receipt. For more details, please refer to the Shipping page.
